Order Preparation:

Since our products are handcrafted in Italy, if they are not in stock, the maximum preparation time is 5 business days from receipt of the order.

Approximate shipping times:

• Italy: 2-4 business days
• Europe: 4-8 business days
• Rest of the world: 4-20 business days (depending on the destination country).

Any duties and customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
